How long will it take to receive my order?

Will all the items in my order arrive in one shipment?

No, not always. We may split an order into multiple shipments for the following reasons:
Product packaging. Some of our products are individually packaged to ensure their shape and provide extra cushion and durability. The products we'll always ship separately are mugs, wall art, and pillows with stuffing.
Shipping costs for orders with multiple items may be higher than for orders with a single item. See the final shipping costs in the order checkout or read about shipping calculations.

Can I return/exchange my ordered products?

If you haven’t received your order or notice an issue with the products, please reach out to our customer support team at info@artfullygiving.com and we’ll help you get it solved. Please read our Return Policy for more details.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or it is the wrong item or size?

At Artfully Giving we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you received your order damaged or your order was incorrect in size or content, contact us within 30 days and we will exchange it free of charge. If you alter a product after you receive it, we cannot offer free reprinting of that product. We cannot be responsible for a change of preference, as we donate 25% of sales to selected charities we cannot offer a refund for your purchase. Visit our refund/exchange policy page to learn more.

How are the quality of the Canvas prints?

The canvas prints are a vivid, fade-resistant print on a 20.5 mil thick poly-cotton blend canvas that is hand-stretched over solid wood stretcher bars with a matte finish coating.

Do I get a tax right off?

If I am ordering outside the US will I be charged a customs fee?

Customs may or may not charge you a fee to receive products from the US. This fee, if charged, is soley the buyers responsibility.
