“Blue Hour” was taken by John Harrison in the Hancock building at 6:38am looking west over the city. It is a brief twilight period that happens twice a day when the sun is below the horizon and the residual light takes on a mostly blue shade that is invisible to the eye but can be captured magnificently with a camera’s lens. John loves finding the unseen beauty all around us as well as the ever changing views brought on by the shifts in light and weather.
